Seorang ukhti yang telah berkomitmen untuk menyerahkan cintanya hanya pada Allah, diuji oleh Allah dengan merekahnya rasa cinta kepada seorang akh yang menjadi rekan kerjasama dalam sebuah lembaga dakwah. Pertemuan yang intens antara keduanya menjadikan gejolak itu sangat sulit untuk dihindari. Di mata sang ukhti, sang akh sangat sempurna. Dia seorang aktifis yang selalu mengisi waktunya dengan kegiatan dakwah. Sang akh teramat rupawan dalam pandangannya, dengan tubuh yang tinggi kokoh dan langkah yang gagah. Sang akh begitu menawan dimatanya, dia pandai bertutur yang sering membuatnya terlarut dalam lamunan, berharap dia dan sang akh bisa halal…
Namun, dia selalu mencoba menutupi perasaannya tak berharap siapapun tahu bahkan sang akh. Selalu dilantunkannya doa diantara nyanyian rindunya pada sang akh “Rabb, sang pemilik hati ini, jagalah hatiku…”
Kadang dia menyalahkan dirinya diantara degup inginnya tuk selalau bersama sang akh “wahai mata! Tak bisakah kau jaga pandangmu dan menghindar dari mencari sosoknya? Wahai telinga! Tak bisakah kau berhenti mencari tentang dirinya. Wahai hati! Berhentilah meghadirkannya dalam benakmu, berhentilah wahai seluruh tubuh! Tak malukah kau?”
Pertemuan-pertemuan tak bisa dihindari. Dia kan bertanya kemana sang akh jika dia tak datang. Dia kan mencari apa yang disuka sang akh. Dia kan sedih jika sang akh kecewa padanya. Dia bahkan cemburu jika sang akh tak menegurnya, tapi itu semua hanya dalam hati, tak ada yang tahu, dan tak boleh ada yang tahu…karena dia sadar tak seharusnya cinta itu.
Sekian lama sang ukhti bertahan dalam cinta yang baginya terasa indah namun juga menyakitkan. Tiba-tiba sang akh seakan memberikan sinyal pertanda bahwa cintanya tidaklah bertepuk sebelah tangan. Tiba-tiba dia merasa sangat takut. Takut terhadap ikrarnya namun takut jika hatinya akan terluka jika sampai sang akh ternyata tidak untuknya. Jika ternyata dia harus melihat sang akh dengan ukh yang lain.
Diantara rasa takut dan gelisah itu, sang ukh tersungkur bersujud dalam linang air mata dan kepasrahan “ Rabb, aku telah mengikrarkan untuk tidak terjerumus dalam hubungan yang tidak halal, tapi Rabb, aku tidak ingin terluka oleh cinta yang kurasakan….
sekian pekan setelah linang air mata itu, secarik kertas berisi biodata seorang ikhwan diterimanya…..
“Rabb….inikah bukti itu?”
“Kau telah jaga hatiku, dan tak kau biarkan aku terluka karena perasaan ini. dan ku yakin apa yang Kau beri ini adalah yang terbaik, yang padanya aku akan serahkan cintaku di dalam ridhoMu, dan bersamanya aku akan memupuk terus cintaku padaMU….
sekian tahun setelah secarik kertas itu diterimanya….banyak rasa syukur yang tak pernah putus dipersembahkannya untuk Sang Pemilik Cinta…..
“Terimakasaih Allah, aku telah mendapatkan cinta yang begitu banyak…bahkan lebih dari yang kupinta.”
Begitulah…Allah telah memberikan balasan bagi hamba yang mau menjaga hatinya sebagai bentuk pengorbanan atas ikrar cinta kepada Allah.
